In compliance with the current legislation, Daily Flat Rental states that all personal data provided by the users will be included in files created, registered and managed by Daily Flat Rental for its computer treatment and that they will be used to keep contact with the users by forwarding information related to offers and services provided by Daily Flat Rental that might be of their interest, as well as information related to promotions, including, in particular, those implying discounts, gifts, drawing lots o similar items. In all instances, the users, with regard to their data, will be able to exercise their rights to access, correct, cancel or refute them, according to the terms stipulated by the current legislation, by sending an e-mail to gestion@dailyflatrental.com
Daily Flat Rental also states that it has no access to the banking data or credit card information of its clients, as this information is managed by our highly qualified Internet banking service provider, Paypal, and therefore, it will not keep a record of those data.
