The flat is fully equipped and has all kinds of services, a quality accommodation in Madrid downtown and an unbeatable price. The buildin has not elevator.

Maximum occupancy is 4 people, however in the same building we can offer another apartment of similar quality, the Ministriles Atico, so it will admit groups of 8 people between the two apartments. It has a room with bed for two people and a wide and comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

Situated Just off the Plaza Tirso de Molina, in the top of the street Lavapies, a quiet area ideal to know Madrid on foot. How does flat rental work

  1. Choose the apartment that best suits your needs.
  2. On the apartment page, check availability for the desired period of time. In this same page, you can calculate the total cost of your stay and booking.
  3. The cost of your reservation will be a % of the total amount, which varies according to the apartment and duration of your stay. Payment must be made via Paypal and you can use your Paypal account, if you have one, or your Visa or MasterCard credit card.
  4. Once the apartment booking has been completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all relevant information for your booking.
  5. A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to plan your entry into the booked apartment. A Daily Flat Rental representative will be waiting for you. At this point, you will be required to pay the rest of your stay plus a deposit that will vary according to the agreed days. This will be returned on your departure day.
  6. We will be at your entire disposal right from the moment of your arrival to hand over the keys and provide you with all sorts of information you may require about how the apartment fittings work, how to move around the city or any other questions you may have. We will also provide you with a phone number should you have any questions or require further help.
  7. We will also meet you at the time of your departure to return your deposit and pick up the apartment keys.
