Apartment description
Really nice flat in Madrid city center close to Atocha Station. It has three bedrooms: one with a king size bed and two rooms with two single beds each one, a sofa bed for two people in the lounge and an extra bed. It has two bathrooms, dining room, kitchen, terrace, Internet Broadband dsl Wireless Connection, two lifts, porter and has been completely reformed in 2007.
The flat is located in the Atocha neighbourhood, located in the Arganzuela district, is primarily a residential area. It is located very close to the historical city centre and just metres away from interests spots like the Atocha train station, the Ferrocarril Museum or the Prado Museum in the Paseo del Prado.
There are many shops in the area and you can find tapas in many of the local bars. This neighbourhood is a good choice for travellers who want to stay in an area with good transport links (both by subway and bus), in an active and popular neighbourhood.This zone is probably one of the most active and popular areas in city centre.

How does flat rental work
- Choose the apartment that best suits your needs.
- On the apartment page, check availability for the desired period of time. In this same page, you can calculate the total cost of your stay and booking.
- The cost of your reservation will be a % of the total amount, which varies according to the apartment and duration of your stay. Payment must be made via Paypal and you can use your Paypal account, if you have one, or your Visa or MasterCard credit card.
- Once the apartment booking has been completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all relevant information for your booking.
- A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to plan your entry into the booked apartment. A Daily Flat Rental representative will be waiting for you. At this point, you will be required to pay the rest of your stay plus a deposit that will vary according to the agreed days. This will be returned on your departure day.
- We will be at your entire disposal right from the moment of your arrival to hand over the keys and provide you with all sorts of information you may require about how the apartment fittings work, how to move around the city or any other questions you may have. We will also provide you with a phone number should you have any questions or require further help.
- We will also meet you at the time of your departure to return your deposit and pick up the apartment keys.
