Apartment for short term rental situated in the historic centre of Madrid. Located a short walk from Calle Atocha and the National Film Library (Cine Doré) among the Barrio de las Letras district and Lavapies.

Free of noise, comfortable, modern decor, functional and fully equipped. Fourth floor without elevator next to Lavapies metro station.
The apartament has 4 single beds and a sofa-bed for 2 people.

You will be lodged in the heart of the city, enjoying all the variety of leisure and cultural offers Madrid, and especially the neighborhoods of Huertas, La Latina, Lavapies and Chueca. 5 minutes walking from the Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor.

Ideal for tourism, shopping or work and the flat is very well connected thanks to the large number of buses and subway lines that converge in this area: Lines 1, and 3 in Metro stations Anton Martin, Lavapies or Tirso de Molina. 5 minutes walking to Atocha Station (high speed trains)

The building has an elevator but at this moment is unavailable, so is offered at a lower price. We hope to offer this service as soon as possible.

Next door to the apartment and on the same floor is the apartment Paseo del Arte I, both apartments are rented together being its total capacity of 10 persons. How does flat rental work

  1. Choose the apartment that best suits your needs.
  2. On the apartment page, check availability for the desired period of time. In this same page, you can calculate the total cost of your stay and booking.
  3. The cost of your reservation will be a % of the total amount, which varies according to the apartment and duration of your stay. Payment must be made via Paypal and you can use your Paypal account, if you have one, or your Visa or MasterCard credit card.
  4. Once the apartment booking has been completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all relevant information for your booking.
  5. A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to plan your entry into the booked apartment. A Daily Flat Rental representative will be waiting for you. At this point, you will be required to pay the rest of your stay plus a deposit that will vary according to the agreed days. This will be returned on your departure day.
  6. We will be at your entire disposal right from the moment of your arrival to hand over the keys and provide you with all sorts of information you may require about how the apartment fittings work, how to move around the city or any other questions you may have. We will also provide you with a phone number should you have any questions or require further help.
  7. We will also meet you at the time of your departure to return your deposit and pick up the apartment keys.
  8. Our aim is to provide you with the most satisfactory stay in Madrid so that you can count on us for any future visits that you, your friends or your family may make a visist.
