Apartment for short term rental located in a very calm street close to Atocha Station, Reina Sofía Museum and Prado Museum. The flat is fully equipped and it has all sorts of comforts and facilities. Very well communicated given its location and proximity to Atocha Station (fast train, AVE, and Airport Express bus service), the subway station Palos de la fornt (Line 3, 200 meters) and close the Embajadores station (line 3 and suburban train). At Atocha Station is is situated the last stop of Airport Express Bus service (daytime timetable only, between 6 am and 11.30pm). The bus connects the airport terminals T1, T2 and T4, with the city centre: Cibeles and Atocha Station.

Next to the apartment there are a market for fresh products, a supermarket, many restaurants, and shopping areas as Delicias and Embajadores Street. If you want to approach the comercial epicenter of Madrid, in Puerta del Sol, you'll be there in 5 minutes only by direct subway (only two subway stations).
You can go by walking to many of the attractions of Madrid: Prado Museum, Reina Sofía Museum an Retiro Park.

How does flat rental work

1. Choose the apartment that best suits your needs.
2. On the apartment page, check availability for the desired period of time. In this same page, you can calculate the total cost of your stay and booking.
3. The cost of your reservation will be a % of the total amount, which varies according to the apartment and duration of your stay. Payment must be made via Paypal and you can use your Paypal account, if you have one, or your Visa or MasterCard credit card.
4. Once the apartment booking has been completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all relevant information for your booking.
5. A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to plan your entry into the booked apartment. A Daily Flat Rental representative will be waiting for you. At this point, you will be required to pay the rest of your stay plus a deposit that will vary according to the agreed days. This will be returned on your departure day.
6. We will be at your entire disposal right from the moment of your arrival to hand over the keys and provide you with all sorts of information you may require about how the apartment fittings work, how to move around the city or any other questions you may have. We will also provide you with a phone number should you have any questions or require further help.
7. We will also meet you at the time of your departure to return your deposit and pick up the apartment keys.
