This comfortable, centrally located 1 bedroom apartment has 4 balconies with fabulous street views of Madrid Historic area.
Only two minutes walking to Plaza Mayor, one of the desirable areas in Madrid. A five minute stroll from the apartment is the Puerta de Sol, well known for its restaurants, cultural visits. Places of interest you will find are, The Royal Palace, The Opera House, the Prado and Thyssen Museums, and the famous Sunday Flea Market the “Rastro” in La Latina.
A closer stroll from the apartment you will find Cava Baja and Alta Cava, two well known streets full of internationally renowned restaurants such as the legendary “Casa Lucio”. If you fancy a lighter bite then there are many small taverns at affordable prices which offer delicious “Tapas”. If you are in the need of some retail therapy then you are not far from the commercial epicentre of Madrid. Puerta de Sol and Calle Preciados have some of the best shops in the city and you will be spoilt for choice.
This area has good transportation, given its proximity to Puerta de Sol. The La Latina Metro is just a short walk away and is also here you will find many bus routes and if you are planning to use public transport you will find really cheap. The area hosts many taxi stands, but is always cheaper to “hail” a taxi away from the stands. If you feel like venturing out of the city center you will find Toledo (60km), Segovia (80km) and Avila (85km) away all are within easy reach of Madrid.

How does flat rental work
- Choose the apartment that best suits your needs.
- On the apartment page, check availability for the desired period of time. In this same page, you can calculate the total cost of your stay and booking.
- The cost of your reservation will be a % of the total amount, which varies according to the apartment and duration of your stay. Payment must be made via Paypal and you can use your Paypal account, if you have one, or your Visa or MasterCard credit card.
- Once the apartment booking has been completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all relevant information for your booking.
- A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to plan your entry into the booked apartment. A Daily Flat Rental representative will be waiting for you. At this point, you will be required to pay the rest of your stay plus a deposit that will vary according to the agreed days. This will be returned on your departure day.
- We will be at your entire disposal right from the moment of your arrival to hand over the keys and provide you with all sorts of information you may require about how the apartment fittings work, how to move around the city or any other questions you may have. We will also provide you with a phone number should you have any questions or require further help.
- We will also meet you at the time of your departure to return your deposit and pick up the apartment keys.
