A confortable and central 4 bedrooms penthouse apartment.The Penthouse has a large private terrace and solarium with nice 360degrees panoramic views of Madrid.

You will be just 400 metres from the Plaza Mayor, in one of Madrid's best neighbourhoods. Only 3 minutes walking from the Puerta del Sol and surrounded by well-known restaurants and a wide range of possible options for cultural visits and tourism, such as the Royal Palace, The Royal ,Latin, Spanish and Calderon theatres, Madrid de los Austrias, Plaza de Santa Ana, Museo del Prado and Thyssen Museum.

Within a minute's walk from the apartment are the Cava Baja and Alta Cava, two streets known for their gastronomy and leisure, with internationally renowned restaurants such as the legendary Casa Lucio. In addition, you can visit small taverns at affordable prices which offer delicious "Tapas" . And if you are interested in shopping, just a short distance away you will find the commercial epicentre of Madrid: the Puerta del Sol and "Calle Preciados" , with some of the best shops in the city.

The area is very well connected, given its location and proximity to Puerta del Sol. The "Latina" underground station is close by along with a large number of bus routes and taxi rank. The cities of Toledo (60 km.) Segovia (80 km.) and Avila (85 Km.) are within easy reach of Madrid.

Our accomodation is ideal if travelling with family or friends to visit the city or for work commitments. You will be in the heart of Madrid in an attractive well equipped apartment to help make your stay a memorable one.

How does flat rental work

1. Choose the apartment that best suits your needs.
2. On the apartment page, check availability for the desired period of time. In this same page, you can calculate the total cost of your stay and booking.
3. The cost of your reservation will be a % of the total amount, which varies according to the apartment and duration of your stay. Payment must be made via Paypal and you can use your Paypal account, if you have one, or your Visa or MasterCard credit card.
4. Once the apartment booking has been completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all relevant information for your booking.
5. A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to plan your entry into the booked apartment. A Daily Flat Rental representative will be waiting for you. At this point, you will be required to pay the rest of your stay plus a deposit that will vary according to the agreed days. This will be returned on your departure day.
6. We will be at your entire disposal right from the moment of your arrival to hand over the keys and provide you with all sorts of information you may require about how the apartment fittings work, how to move around the city or any other questions you may have. We will also provide you with a phone number should you have any questions or require further help.
7. We will also meet you at the time of your departure to return your deposit and pick up the apartment keys.
