Apartment description
Original and beautiful loft apartment on two levels in central Madrid available to rent for days and weeks. It is placed in the neighborhood Embajadores-Lavapiés next to the famous "Art Walk" where the Madrid's most important museums like the Museum of Prado, Reina Sofia and Thyssen Bornemisza. A few meters from the “Reina Sofía Museum”, the National Filmotheque "Cine Doré" and the lively street Argumosa with summer terraces.
Magerit apartment is located in a quiet street, no bars, but with shops and fresh food markets in a few meters.
Sleeps up to 4 people. From the street through a barred security door directly enters into the spacious & bright living room whit high ceiling where there is a double sofa bed, a table with chairs, a small desk, TV and other services like WIFI internet access and telephone with free national calls. The kitchen is independent but separated to the living room with a large open area but no door. In this area is the access to the fully equipped bathroom and the stairs to the bedroom room. The bedroom is also spacious with two windows to the living room and double bed. The apartment is equipped with electric heating and hot water and the kitchen with vitroceramic-plate, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine ........ and a complete set of kitchenware.
Its privileged central location and good communication is perfect for walking around the center of Madrid. From here you can walk to the main touristic places: Retiro Park, Prado Museum, Gran Vía, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor... ... It is also very easy to move from Magerit apartment by metro, there are three metro stations close by: Atocha, Anton Martin and Lavapiés. In case you are coming to Magerit apartment by car, there are also car parks around the area where to pay for hours or days. It is also five minutes by foot from Atocha Station where it is placed the Airport Express bus stop that works 24 hours a day and connects the airport to Central Madrid.

How does flat rental work
- Choose the apartment that best suits your needs.
- On the apartment page, check availability for the desired period of time. In this same page, you can calculate the total cost of your stay and booking.
- The cost of your reservation will be a % of the total amount, which varies according to the apartment and duration of your stay. Payment must be made via Paypal and you can use your Paypal account, if you have one, or your Visa or MasterCard credit card.
- Once the apartment booking has been completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all relevant information for your booking.
- A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to plan your entry into the booked apartment. A Daily Flat Rental representative will be waiting for you. At this point, you will be required to pay the rest of your stay plus a deposit that will vary according to the agreed days. This will be returned on your departure day.
- We will be at your entire disposal right from the moment of your arrival to hand over the keys and provide you with all sorts of information you may require about how the apartment fittings work, how to move around the city or any other questions you may have. We will also provide you with a phone number should you have any questions or require further help.
- We will also meet you at the time of your departure to return your deposit and pick up the apartment keys.
