Apartment for short stays located in Madrid downtown, in a historic building and 200 metres from the Plaza de Callao and Gran Vía street. Fully equipped, modern and functional decoration which recreates a pleasant atmosphere, with a 4 balconies and large windows.
This apartment has special features as a large and sunny living room and one circular bedroom with two balconies. It is fully equiped, wich includes air conditioning and heating, washer, dish washer, refigerator, electric cooker, bed linen and kitchen fully equiped. It also has a complete Audio Visual equipment with DVD, Mp3, and a 32 flat screen.
In the same floor of the apartment there is La Galería apartment, with a private hall for the two apartments. Ideal for large groups of family or friendns with a total occupancy of 6 adults and 4 children if you book the two apartments.
The apartment is located on a quiet street just behind the legendary building of the Hotel Atlantic Gran Via, recognizable by its dome that currency from across the broad avenue.
You will be 2 minutes walk from the Chueca neighborhood, Puerta del Sol, Spain Plaza, and Plaza Mayor. Just stay at the comercial epicenter of Madrid, in an area full of life and culture, surrounded by the best shops in the city, restaurants, theaters and Calle Preciados a step (Corte Ingles, Fnac, etc.).
The maximum occupancy is 4 people, but eventually the case of children could stay 4 adults and two children. It has two bedrooms with one king size bed each one and a double sofa-bed in the the living room.
Ideal for tourism, shopping or work and the flat is very well connected thanks to the large number of buses and subway lines that converge in this area: Lines 1, 2, 3 and 5 in Metro stations Gran Via, Callao and Sun. Also in the Plaza de Callao and Granvía spend more than 20 bus lines that travel throughout the city.
The maximum occupancy is 4 people, but eventually the case of children could stay 4 adults and two children (until 12 years old). Bookings of 5 or 6 adults will be canceled.

How does flat rental work
- Choose the apartment that best suits your needs.
- On the apartment page, check availability for the desired period of time. In this same page, you can calculate the total cost of your stay and booking.
- The cost of your reservation will be a % of the total amount, which varies according to the apartment and duration of your stay. Payment must be made via Paypal and you can use your Paypal account, if you have one, or your Visa or MasterCard credit card.
- Once the apartment booking has been completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all relevant information for your booking.
- A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to plan your entry into the booked apartment. A Daily Flat Rental representative will be waiting for you. At this point, you will be required to pay the rest of your stay plus a deposit that will vary according to the agreed days. This will be returned on your departure day.
- We will be at your entire disposal right from the moment of your arrival to hand over the keys and provide you with all sorts of information you may require about how the apartment fittings work, how to move around the city or any other questions you may have. We will also provide you with a phone number should you have any questions or require further help.
- We will also meet you at the time of your departure to return your deposit and pick up the apartment keys.
