Apartment description
The Apartment Amor de Dios are housed in an old, charming yet completely refurbished building on Amor de Dios street. The apartments occupy the 3rd floor and each one is bright and spacious with two balconies overlooking the street. There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has 1 double-bed and the others have 2 single beds each one, in the living room there is a extra bed. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped and the living room has a decorative chimney that dates back to the 19th century. The apartment includes:

Location:
The apartments occupy a charming old house set in the historic Las Letras or Huertas district of Madrid, one of the most interesting areas of the city, where Cervantes, Lope de Vega and Quevedo once lived. The apartments are just 2 minutes from the Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofia museums, and very close to Puerta del Sol, the Royal Palace, the Botanic Gardens and the Plaza Mayor. It is only 5 minutes from Retiro Park, Gran Via, Cibeles Square and the Almudena Cathedral, as well as many theatres, cinemas, restaurants and tapas bars. Anton Martín metro station is just round the corner and there is public parking nearby. The historic Anton Martín market, selling fresh fruit and vegetables is also very close.

How does flat rental work
- Choose the apartment that best suits your needs.
- On the apartment page, check availability for the desired period of time. In this same page, you can calculate the total cost of your stay and booking.
- The cost of your reservation will be a % of the total amount, which varies according to the apartment and duration of your stay. Payment must be made via Paypal and you can use your Paypal account, if you have one, or your Visa or MasterCard credit card.
- Once the apartment booking has been completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all relevant information for your booking.
- A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to plan your entry into the booked apartment. A Daily Flat Rental representative will be waiting for you. At this point, you will be required to pay the rest of your stay plus a deposit that will vary according to the agreed days. This will be returned on your departure day.
- We will be at your entire disposal right from the moment of your arrival to hand over the keys and provide you with all sorts of information you may require about how the apartment fittings work, how to move around the city or any other questions you may have. We will also provide you with a phone number should you have any questions or require further help.
- We will also meet you at the time of your departure to return your deposit and pick up the apartment keys.
- Our aim is to provide you with the most satisfactory stay in Madrid so that you can count on us for any future visits that you, your friends or your family may make a visist.
