How to book

Bookings are made via Internet or phone by phone call +34 911 271 309 (from 9PM to 5PM -Central European Time).

How to book

On the apartment page, check the availability for the desired period of time. On this same page, you can calculate the total cost of your stay and booking.

At the time of your booking, you will be required to pay, via credit card, a % of the final cost of your booking. This amounth will varied according to the apartment and duration of your stay. On the apartment page, you can calculate the total cost of your stay and booking. Select the dates of your stay, the number of people, and click the “Calculate” button to obtain an itemized statement of the total amount. If you agree with the estimate, you can click BOOK to continue with the booking process.

For stays longer than two weeks, you will be required to pay the total amount of your stay at least two weeks in advance of your arrival. In this case, and at the time of entering the apartment, you will only have to pay the deposit, the cleaning service and extra services (should you required them). For stays longer than one week, you will enjoy a free cleaning service in the second and consecutive weeks.

How to book

The next step will be to enter your personal details. Once completed, you will be required to pay via Paypal. If you have a Paypal account, you can pay directly from it. If you do not have one, you can pay using your VISA or MasterCard credit cards directly.

At the time of booking, please do not forget to state if you need any extra services, such as a baby cradle or any thing else we can help you with.

Once the booking has been paid, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the transaction details. A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to ask for your arrival time, so that we can meet you once you get to the apartment.

Should you not pay the remaining % of your stay in cash at the time of entering the apartment, your booking will be cancelled and you will lose all rights without obtaining a refund for the anticipated payment.

Arrivals and Departures

Arrivals and Departures

A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to plan your entry into the booked apartment.

We will ask you via e-mail for your approximate arrival time and provide you with information regarting our representative who will accommodate you in the booked apartment.

A Daily Flat Rental staff member will be waiting for you at the scheduled time and place to hand over the keys and provide you with all relevant information related to the apartment. Then, you will be required to pay the rest of your stay plus a deposit, that will vary according to the apartment. You can calculate the deposit at the time of the booking.

ArrivalOnce you arrive at the apartment, the contract must the signing and you will be ask to pay the remaining amount for the accommodation. Payment should be made by cash, together with the deposit. Once completed, we will hand over the keys, the signed contract, inventory and general information about how fittings and electronical devices work, as well as respond to any questions o suggestions you may have.

Check-in times will always be from 3 p.m. onwards. If you arrive before that time, please let us know in advance as the apartment might be available for your occupancy. To avoid unnecessary waiting times and improve our services, please let us know about your arrival time in advance.

You will always have a phone number available should any complications arise.

DeparturesOn your departure date, a Daily Flat Rental staff member will go to the apartment to collect the keys and return your deposit. You should leave the apartment before 11 a.m. Please take into account this time as another person might be waiting to enter the apartment. In case you do not leave the apartment at the scheduled time, you will be required to pay an extra fee of 20EUR per each extra hour, which will be deducted from your deposit should you not meet the requirements. Should you have any problem to meet the departure-scheduled time, please let us know in advance so that we can look for a solution that does no affect our flat rental service.

Our aim is to provide you with the most satisfactory stay in Madrid so that you can count on us for future visits you, your friends or family may pay.

For arrivals later than 10 p.m., there is an extra charge of 30EUR.

Should you not occupy the apartment on the booked day of arrival, Daily Flat Rental booking liability will not come into effect and you will lose the previously paid amount, unless you confirm your arrival 24 hours in advance.

Terms of use: Apartments

At the time of entering the apartment, you will be required to sign a tenancy agreement and inventory.

The apartment will be perfectly clean and tidy, ready to be occupied, provisioned with clean sheets and towels and equipped with all household items and electrical appliances stated in the apartment page.

We expect you to leave the apartment in a similar condition; otherwise, we will charge an extra cleaning fee.

If, at the time of returning your deposit, we find that the apartment, household equipment, furniture and fittings have been somehow damaged during your stay, we may deduct the necessary amount for the purpose of repairing. If damage exceeds the total amount of the deposit, you will be required to provide us with a valid Credit Card number where we will charge the full repair costs.

Unless otherwise stated, the apartment can only be used by the number of people included in the booking. This number cannot exceed the number of people assigned to each apartment, unless they are children under two years old (up to 2 children) who will sleep in a cradle.

Activities (such as parties, loud music, noise, etc.) considered annoying to neighbours, harmful, dangerous and illegal, as well as any activity that may go against the normal rules of coexistence, are completely prohibited. Resting hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m.

All apartments are provided with a WIFI Internet service. The currently accommodated client will take full responsibility of any illicit activity carried out using this service.

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking:

Deposit

We ask for a guarantee deposit in cash that will vary according to the selected apartment and number of days of your stay (between 200EUR and 400EUR).

The deposit will be collected at your arrival and returned on the day of your departure.  We will check that the apartment is found in the same conditions as upon your entry. We could deduct part of your deposit in case of:

  1. Damages: estimate based on caused damages.
  2. Key loss: 20EUR-50EUR based on apartment.

Cancellation, penalties and modifications

Prepayment of % of the booking will not be returned in case of cancellation.

In the event of cancellation of fully paid bookings, a penalty will be applied based on the number of days remaining for the expected arrival date:

  1. From 90 days: 30 % of the booking amount.
  2. Between 30 and 90 days: 50% of the booking amount.
  3. Less than 30 days: 100% of the booking amount.

However, for fully paid bookings, we offer the possibility of changing the booking dates, as well as the apartment, should we have other apartments available (up to 3 months from the date of modification) and providing that they are of a higher or equal price. Should there be no availability; we will apply the penalty fee stipulated for booking cancellations.

If, due to reasons beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the booked apartment, we will offer you another apartment with similar o improved characteristics.

General conditions

According to our terms of use, please do not forget that pets and parties are totally prohibited.

Owners will not be responsible for:

  1. Damages derived from installations of services and supplies incurred by other people or things.
  2. Damages, deterioration, loss or theft, without limitation, incurred by people staying or sharing the apartment.

By making the booking, you agree to all these terms and conditions. You also agree to our cancellation, penalty, modification, booking, payment and deposit policies, as well as to our arrival and departure conditions.

Each apartment has its own specifications based on price, services and conditions that may vary according to its spaciousness, location, etc.

Price not only includes accommodation but water, gas, electricity and DSL line – Wireless expenses.

The client ratifies his/her consent to include his/her personal data in the automated Daily Flat Rental files to provide him/her with further information about our services and offers.
